VroomVest is operated by AA (Holdings) Limited, trading as VroomVest, a company incorporated in Guernsey (Company No. 57866).
VroomVest provides two distinct services:
Automotive sourcing and advisory — a brokerage service connecting clients with vehicles through our private network. This service is governed by separate Terms of Business provided to each client prior to engagement.
Market Intelligence — editorial content, research, analysis, and guides relating to performance and collectible vehicles, provided for informational purposes.
These Website Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and its content. They do not constitute or form part of the Terms of Business applicable to brokerage and sourcing services.

All content on VroomVest — including Market Intelligence articles, blogs, guides, analysis, and commentary — is provided for general information only.
Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any vehicle or asset. Any decisions you make based on content from VroomVest are made at your own discretion and risk.

Brokerage Services
Where VroomVest provides automotive sourcing, brokerage, or advisory services, those services are governed exclusively by separate Terms of Business agreed with you in writing prior to engagement.
Nothing on this website creates or implies a contractual obligation to provide brokerage or sourcing services to any visitor. Engagement is at our discretion and subject to completion of our client onboarding process, including identity and source of funds verification.
In connection with brokerage services, VroomVest acts as agent and introducer only. We do not own, sell, or purchase vehicles in our own name unless explicitly stated in writing. You transact directly with the relevant seller or buyer.
VroomVest does not arrange, offer, or introduce consumer finance or credit. We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in connection with the services described on this website.

VroomVest publishes Market Intelligence — research, analysis, and guides on specific vehicles and market segments. Where this content is made available free of charge, it remains the intellectual property of AA (Holdings) Limited and is subject to the restrictions in clause 8 below.
Where paid guides or reports are made available:
Access is granted for your personal use only upon purchase
Purchases are non-refundable, except where a right to cancel or refund is mandated by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction
We reserve the right to change, withdraw, or reprice guides at any time, without affecting access already purchased
If you experience a technical issue accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

Commercial Independence & Commission Disclosure
VroomVest does not accept paid placements, sponsorships, or incentives to promote specific cars, brands, or outcomes in its Market Intelligence content. Editorial content reflects our genuine view.
In connection with brokerage and sourcing services — which are governed by separate Terms of Business — VroomVest may receive commission or referral fees from sellers or other third parties in connection with a completed transaction. Where this occurs, it will be disclosed to the relevant client in accordance with the Terms of Business.
If affiliate links or similar arrangements are introduced to this website in future, these will be clearly disclosed at the point of use.
